I want to convert to Excel but only Word is available. The drop-down memu is not available

I just purchased the ability today which should allow to convert to excel but that option is not available.  I am trying to convert a bank statement to excel.

    Hi BJPgrass,

    You should definitely be able to convert to Excel! Are you converting via a web browser? If so, please clear the cache and try logging in again. If that doesn't work, please try another browser (for a list of supported browsers, see System requirements | Acrobat.com).

    If you're converting via Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates in Reader. The current version is 11.0.09.
