If I have a PDF with Gujarati language can I get Gujarati text after conversion?

Hi bhaveshs,

Gujarati isn't one of the languages that ExportPDF supports for optical character recognition (OCR). For a list of supported languages, please see Adobe ExportPDF FAQ.

Acrobat supports a larger list of languages for OCR, but unfortunately Gujarati isn't one of them.
