i want to know why i just paid 89.99 for a year subscription and i cannot create a pdf with subsribing again. Signed PISSed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A common cause of this problem is subscribing to one thing (perhaps PDF Pack) then trying to use a different thing (perhaps Acrobat Pro). If you are definitely trying to use PDF Pack, make sure you are using the same Adobe ID, and check your account details to be sure the subscription has started (can take a couple of days for some reason).
