Question

I want to save the data I filled in on IRS interactive Form 1023

I am responsible for applying for Section 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status for a certain nonprofit corporation.

The IRS provides an interactive Form 1023 at the website "stayexempt.irs.gov." I download the document and complete the preliminary questions.

When the Form 1023 is displayed in the Adobe user interface, I find that there is a serious restriction: I can save the document, but I cannot save the data entered in the fields in the document.

I need to circulate the document to the members of the board of directors of the corporation for their approval.

I have tried asking the IRS help line. They are telling me that there must be a problem with the program loaded on my computer, or that my computer is incompatible with their form.

So, how do I save the form and then transmit it WITH THE DATA FIELDS INTACT?

If you can try it and figure it out, PLEASE tell me how it is done!

Thank you.
