Hi Lauran,
You have an active subscription of Adobe Export PDF on your Adobe Id. You can use the service online, sign in to Adobe Export PDF service at https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf with your Adobe ID and password.
You may also download the free desktop version of Reader DC and can use the services of ExportPDF: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
