Question

I was able to download combined PDF's until today.

I'm no longer able to download combined PDF as of today.  I don't believe anything has changed on my system.  I can see a message flash (very briefly) at the lower left corner of my screen which says:  waiting for files.acrocomcontent.com  I have tried to look up that message in the forum but don't find anything.  Can someone point me in a direction to troubleshoot this.?

    Hi Teresa,

    Are you files stored on Workspaces (the legacy Acrobat.com site)? Please try clearing your browser cache and try again. I just logged in myself to make sure everything is A-OK with the site, and had no trouble downloading. You may also want to try using a different web browser, to see if you have better luck with that.
