I was asked to resign in to my adobe acrobat reader, since I have done so all the documents in my document cloud have disappeared

can anyone advise how I can get back my documents in document cloud. I was abroad and on my return asked to resign in as a result all the documents are not there.

As asked by "try67" above, make sure that you have signed in with correct email address under which you have saved your document to the Document Cloud storage.

Secondary, login on web through Adobe Document Cloud and look under "Files" your Document Cloud files on web storage. Can you find them?

Yes I have done all of the above still no joy

Thanks for writing back. Documents uploaded to the Document Cloud storage don't get deleted automatically from web, unless there isn't any changes made in account or document deleted manually.

Hope you have checked through new web interface Adobe Document Cloud.

Have you used any other email to register on Adobe in past?
