Hi constancem,

I've checked your account, and don't see any charges in that amount. You do have a Creative Cloud photography subscription, but that was only charged at $10.61. Do you perhaps have a second Adobe ID? I'm not able to find the charge you're referring to under the email address that you use to post in the forums.

Best,
Sara

      Hi Hi constancem,

I just can't find anything in your account that shows you've been charged. Would you kindly Contact Customer Care, so that an agent can help you figure out where this charge came from? (If you'd like, I can also set up a callback for you--let me know.)

      Best,

      Sara
