How do I contact the accounts department of Adobe?

    I do see that there are two separate subscriptions to Adobe PDF Pack on your account. A quick chat session with Adobe Customer Support should fix that right up for you. Here is the contact information: Contact Customer Care

    how long does it take for money to be credited to my banking account after cancellation?  I cancelled the same day I purchased the software.
