I wish to cancel annual subscription to PDF Services. The online cancel does not work please need help?

Hi Gert,
To cancel your annual subscription, go to the contact us page Contact Customer Care and then click the "Still need help? Contact us" blue button to initiate a chat or call.
You may be asked to sign in. Sign in with your Adobe ID and password.
