I wish to cancel my subscription for the Adobe PDF pack (I received a renewal e-mail today) - your web-site is awful for such a simle action - please confirm cancellation

I don't wish for a discussion - I wish and require cancellation of my subscription - that's all

    I acknowledge that I am not very computer literate - I've solved the problem - I have used an e-mail which didn't trigger the product listing - although it is one of my e-mails.  Using another (I guess the one I actually ordered against) I was given the product to manage.
