I would like to paste a small 5" x 5" pdf on to a larger 24" x 36" pdf. How do I do that?

Does the smaller page pdf consist of single page?
You can import that smaller page pdf into larger page pdf and then you can use 'edit Text and Image' option on the tools pane to cut-paste the desired part of the pdf.
