i need a phone number for a live person!

    As per the description above, you need Adobe Technical support number, Is that correct?

    The record shows that you are subscribed to Adobe PDFPack Document Cloud services, The support for Adobe Document Cloud Services is only available on Adobe forums. There is no chat/call support available.

    You can access the services through the URL https://cloud.acrobat.com/convertpdf with your Adobe ID and password on a browser like Chrome, or Firefox, or Safari.

    You can also use the freeware Adobe Reader desktop application to access the services, just sign-in with your Adobe ID and password in Adobe Reader.

    For troubleshooting, you may refer to Troubleshooting Create PDF, Export PDF, Adobe Send, Fill & Sign … services(PDFPack or Document Cloud Services).
