I would really like to use this product but can't find the OPEN to click on it

The instructions I printed off look so simple but where is the OPEn to click on the number 3 say In the convert PDF to editable file dialog box choose a file format from the EXport PDF file to pop up menu where is all this at??????

    Hi Easily Convert it,

    Sounds like you have an ExportPDF subscription? If so, log on to your account at exportpdf.acobat.com using your Adobe ID and password. When you're logged in, you will see the Select PDF Files to Export button. Click that, then click Choose Files from My Computer. Select the file that you want to convert, and choose the Export format. Finally, click the blue Export button.
