We checked and verified your Adobe ID, which you have used to log in on the community, and see that you have an active subscription to Adobe Acrobat Export PDF. Are you using the freeware Acrobat Reader desktop version or the web version to export the file? Change the browser once, and check.

For testing purposes, change the network connection type once, like connecting to a mobile hotspot or a LAN connection, and try exporting the file.

Try with a different file and see if the issue continues.
