When logging into Adobe ID through DCI by IE11, I get the abvoe error message.

Related, the  "Save as"option when storing scanned docs does not work.

Any suggestion for solutions?

Hi Aadesh,

Thanks for your kind attention.

I have resetted IE11, logged in to MS account.

Then went back to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC.

Top right mentions my account “Frans”

Clicking it returns the error message I sent you, unknown browser.

Clicking on the hyperlink in the error message:

http://www.whatbrowser.org/intl/nl/

returns a message that I am using IE11, and that this is the latest browser.

Going back to DC on home screen:

Clicking My computer has no effect.

Clicking add another account has no effect.

The same goes for Recent, Sent and Document Cloud.

Maybe I should remove the application DC and download a new copy?

Hey fransv35960557,

Try uninstalling (Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs‌) & then create a new user account on windows with the admin rights, reinstall Acrobat DC (Download Adobe Acrobat free trial | Acrobat Pro DC‌).

Let me know if it works.

Thx for your reply.

Please find a screenprint attached, containing the errormessage.

I simply cannot login to my Adobe ID with IE11.

Using Chrome, there is no problem.

I use Acrobat DC in trial.

There is no image of the screenshot attached, please take the screenshot  of the error message, save it as a jpeg file & then attach it in your comment using this button .

Else if possible please copy & paste the complete error message or error code.
