If I send out a newsletter to the same list of people each month can I store their email addresses for quick entry or do I have to enter each email ( I use SEND)

If I send out a newsletter to the same list each month can their email addresses be stored for quick entry or do I need to add each complete email address each time?

Hi BodieBoy2,

If you send files via Adobe Reader, you can take advantage of your local address book when adding email addresses. And, if you're on Windows, you can use access Adobe Send from Outlook using the plug-in for Outlook 2010 and 2013.
