if I try to open an Abobe Acrobat form it always opens the same page not what I am trying to open and there is no option to switch

If I click on an online Adobe Acrobat page to view I open the same page over and over not the one I am trying to view. For Example I opened a coupon from a website the other day and it loaded but now if I try to open anything else the same old coupon loads up and displays nothing else. It is from a well known online sight and I downloaded the coupon from the sights main page not some shady coupon site so I doubt it is a virus
