iMac randomly shuts down. Apple says it may be caused by Adobe fonts. How do I remove all Adobe app and fonts?

While using Adobe application if your Mac is shutting down or crashing then it makes sense the reason could be Adobe application or font (as you have mentioned). Do you use any Adobe product and when exactly you iMac crashes, what do you do?
