In last 25/07 I bought with credit card the converter acrobat to word. More then 24h passed and i have no comunication from you or the service i bought. Please, i need a answer. Thank you.

    Please try to use the Export PDF service online using you your Adobe ID https://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf‌ & check if its working or not.
