Incorrectly charged for Adobe product

My credit card was charged for Adobe PDF Pack Subs.  I never ordered it.  Anyone else have this happen?

Sorry to hear about your experience. I see that you had an annual subscription for Adobe PDF Pack. However, that has now been canceled. 

For such request, where you would like to get the subscription canceled, we'd encourage our users to get in touch with our customer care team for cancellation. As its an open forum and accounts/billing related information can not be shared.

Does the PDF Pack subscription show on your account?
