How to stop that "take a tour message" that appears everytime i start the program, even after I've taken the blessed tour.

    Hi pyramise,

What program are you using? I'm not sure how to answer without knowing where you see the "take a tour" message. But, often, in dialog boxes like that, there's an option in the lower-left corner to prevent the dialog box from showing the next time you start your application.

Let us know if we can be of further assistance.

    Best,
    Sara

    Hello Sara

Thank you for your reply and sorry I was not more specific with my question.

The URL for the site I am using is: https://cloud.acrobat.com

This then takes me to the sign in page, I log in and within seconds my folder/file list appears, then it's almost blacked out and this "tour" message shows itself.

No dialog appears as you describe, all I see is: a box saying welcome to acrobat.com, in the top right there is the usual X, bottom left says skip the tour and bottom right says take a quick tour.

I have tried all the options available in the box and also logging out and back in again and nothing works.

It's been like this for a few weeks now, so whether it's an update not working or something I have missed, who knows.

It's only a small thing, but it isn't half annoying.

    Thanking you in anticipation

    Dave
