Initial view of pdf document shared on Document Cloud

Is there a way to get Document Cloud respect initial view properties set to a pdf document? When I share a pdf on Document Cloud, the link opens the file on "fit to window width" view despite the "initial view" property of the document. 

Put in the user story format:

As a user, I want to share my pdf document to others via a Document Cloud link so that the document will have the "initial view" of my preference when the other person opens the document.

Or if that isn't possible,

As a user, when I share my pdf document to others via a Document Cloud link, I want the document to open in "fit full page" view so that the other person can see the whole page at once.

Is there a way to do either and if, how?
