Inquiring About Downloading and Converting Workspace Files

Dear Sirs,

Tell me how to convert, and downloaded adobe workspace files before the expiration. Also, let me know how to verify that all files have been downloaded.

    Adobe sent an email to all the email addresses of Adobe IDs having a "workspace".

    That email speaks to your question.   Your best bet is to get it from the source (that email).

    Alternatively sign in to the service before January 6, 2015 (which is just around the corner so step fast).

    Click the big red button (lower left).  Wait for the email to your Adobe ID (your email address).
