Inserting a Single Page

Can I insert a single page into the middle of a pdf document.  That is to say I have a 56 page document and I need to insert a new page at page 34 - is this possible?  If so would you be kind enough to let me know how?

    Hi Dartmouth1,

    If you are using Acrobat Pro XI that too be on windows machine then you need to click on Page Thumbnails option.

    Then click on drop down option list and choose option Insert page. Hope fully this should help you.
