Inserting single pdf files in to one master pdf file.

I need to be able to insert or combine individual pdf files into one main file. When I try this it will duplicate the previous file or insert a file that I didn't click on. Now these files are the same form but with different comments, dates, project number, etc., How do I stop this? It happens when combining them too. Weird thing it doesn't do it on the other daily reports where the form is being used daily.

Yes I do and here. This is for a construction project and the daily progress reports so they only thing that changes is the date, comments and installed main footage. What is weird is this has never happened and I have been combining/inserting these files for 2 years.

Hi Becky,

If you add two forms and they have form fields with the same name, it will automatically fill in the information from the first PDF to the second PDF form fields. It is the designed behavior.

You might have a combined form with the same form fields. However, the names of the fields should be different. Then only the issue doesn't occur.
