installation will not launch

Hi,

I signed up for the monthly acrobat pro and followed link from email to download file.  I exe the download file and everything seems download and install (no errors) but right at the end of the install when its asking me to launch acrobat, the AMD catalyst installer starts asking me to reinstall my video card driver support.  Not sure if they are connected but the AMD driver stuff is working good, the acrobat fails to launch with NO errors.

Please not there was an old version of acrobat pro installed but I uninstalled it but it told me it could not deactivate the license, which I have idea why.
