interactive pdf form not emailing on live site...works fine and emails from desktop

Created a form to be filled out interactive online. Form works fine. Filling it out on my computer and submitting it via email works fine, however when on live site does not deliver the email.

Form created Acrobat X. Also coded javascipt for mail and that does not work either.
