internal server error

I paid for a subscription for an export PDF and most of my PDFs have been successfully converted to word.  However, I recently tried to convert a PDF and was given an "internal server error" message.  What does that mean?  Are there any other options for converting this file?

    Hi evalval,

    Are you converting via the ExportPDF website, or via Adobe Reader? For the former, please log out, clear the browser cache and try again. If you're using Reader, please make sure that you have the most current version by choosing Help > Check for Updates.

    It sounds like you have have encountered a temporary glitch. Please let me know if you're still running into trouble.

    thanks, sara. I am still running into difficulty. I was converting via

    the website the 1st time and then I tried via Adobe Reader. I checked for

    updates and have the most current version. However, I am not sure how to

    clear the browser cache, can you provide directions for that? Also I

    noticed in the forum that a number of questions are coming up about the

    internal error with lots of different solutions, so I am not sure the best

    route for solving this.
