Internet Connection

I have been using Export for awhile with no problem and now I cannot use it because it keeps stating that I do not have an internet connection, which I do at all times.  Any suggestions.

Also request you to please try to check with the Different Internet Browsers if you are using Online services.

Turn off firewall & antivirus service & then check.
