iOS 10 Fill & Sign app crash

I have a PDF in Adobe Fill & Sign on the iPad pro 12.9 running iOS 10. When i try to share the app crashes or upload to cloud i get an error message.

I am having the same exerience, with a added plus of my previous forms I have saved in the app are having the info erased when I try to view the doc. I need those!! Can I get them back when you update? Are they in the cloud?
