ipad pro adobe fill and sign does not load signature anymore

I have been using the adobe fill and sign for a couple of months and suddenly last week it stopped working and the error sign is "your signature did not load. try again"

and I cannot load the signature page nor any stored signatures that I currently have on ipadpro please help as this is a very important tool
