On April, 23, 2015 I wanted to cancel my annual membership which is coming due April 30 and get a refund since my bank is already being charged for 2015. Chat was closed(suppose to 24 hrs a day 7 days a week, but I finally talked to a live person who said they could assist me.  I received an e-mail stating my refund request is being processed and a link to check status was included.  It is now May 9, 2015.  No status change and Chat is again closed!!

This poor customer service causes me to NEVER order any Adobe products in the future.

How do I resolve this issue and get my refund??
