Is anyone experiencing Export from PDF to Word failure?

Is anyone experiencing Acrobat.com Export from PDF to Word failure?   I have successfully used this Cloud Service for several months, but today, I could not get it to work from my computer from either of two printer/scanners.  If so, have you a solution to the problem?  I would appreciate any help.

    No, the service is working fine and am able to convert the pdf to word.

    What error do you get when you try to convert the pdf to word?
