Is it possible for Adobe PDF Pro to extract a line by line schedule of 100 pages of invoices?

I need to create a line by line schedule of Date, Supplier and Net Amount from 100 pages of disparate invoices from a single .pdf useing Adobe Acrobat Pro. Is this possible, please advise the steps to take.
