Is it possible to recover a PDF file that I accidentally deleted without saving?

I was halfway through adding comments to a PDF file when I accidentally deleted all tabs on adobe acrobat rather than specific ones. Is it possible to recover my document with all the comments? I've got a previously saved version with some comments from 24/10 but I added additional comments on the 28/10 before deleting them by mistake without saving.

If the file was not saved, it is not possible to recover the PDF once the file is deleted. You will need to recreate the file.
