Is PDFs Metadata uploaded to the Cloud?

Hi,

New to Document Cloud, just started to experiment with it by uploading some of my PDFs to the Cloud. So far so good. However, when I tried to search for an uploaded file, I discovered, to my surprise, that the Metadata has gone... This makes the search just by the filename very limited.  Did I miss something?

Hi ifono,

The metadata shouldn't be stripped from the PDF when you upload it to your Cloud account, but the Search function does just let you search by filename.

It's good to know that the metadata is at least saved with the PDF, but disappointing that it's not searchable.

Is there a way to LOOK at the metadata of a file in DC?
