Is there a desktop version of Adobe Export PDF?

The company I am with does not want to utilize the could based version of Adobe Export PDF, is there a desktop version or an ability to turn off the "cloud" functionality?

Adobe Export PDF is an online service. You may try Adobe Acrobat application using which you can export pdf offline.
