Is there a way of converting a scanned document into a template format eg: formatting an individuals CV into a standard format?

Hello, I have the Acrobat DC subscription and wondering if there is a way to set up a template document where by I can combine with another document but using the template documents formatting? For example, I am wanting to convert an individuals CV into a standard document format?
