Question

Is there a way to retrieve a pdf file from Acrobat.com? it keeps saying "Error-the file is empty"

I'm using a free version of the Adobe reader and I have been editing a pdf file that is less than 200 pgs.  I tried to open my document in different devices but it keeps saying "Error-the file is empty" (size 0 kb).

    Hi cdoon13,

You certainly can download a PDF file from Acrobat.com. When you're logged in to your account at cloud.acrobat.com, click the Files tab on the left side of the window. Find your file, select it, and then click the Download icon at the top of the Window. The file will be downloaded to your Downloads folder. From there, you should be able to open it in Reader.

Please let us know how it goes.

    Best,
    Sara

Thanks Sara butI've tried downloading the file from the cloud as well, but the file is empty and wouldn't allow me to download.   I'm just curious to why it shows 0 kb of content when I've been editing this document.   I don't know where the file is, it seemed to disappeared
