is there any way i can talk to someone on the phone?

I got. from an other the Adobe Care phone number in France‭ 01 71 23 01 96‬ And I got immediate support. It was an ID error from my side.

Monday-Friday, 5am-7pm PT

It's very likely that line doesn't work on national holidays, though.
