Issue in installing Send & Track

I CANNOT DOWNLOAD THE SEND AND TRACK TO MY 2016 OUTLOOK.

I HAVE TRIED TO DOWNLOAD THE SEND AND TRACK TO MY OUTLOOK AND IT STATES IT CAN'T FIND 32 BIT OR 64 BIT?
