Sorry for the delay in response.

Are you still facing this issue?  As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for  Export PDF.  The subscription allows you to use it on several computers for your own personal use. It does not allow the service to be shared with colleagues, staff, friends or family; each person needs their own subscription.

Could you let us know the issue you are facing when trying to use Export PDF?
