issue with converting to excel from pdf- crosses multiple rows

hello i am using export pdf.  I have an aged receivable listing and each customer name is quite long.  Each customer is separated by a line on the pdf, and the first page converts fine and a unique row is used for all accounts but on subsequent pages the customer details cross several rows.  is it possible to ensure that every customer is on one row in the converted excel.
