Issues using PDF converter

Hi, just purchased the PDF converter, uploaded a file to acrobat.com, but keep getting an error message:  File not Found (404) - The file you are trying to access could not be found.  The file may have been deleted or moved in another session.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

    Hi HeatherJD,

    Have you tried to change different browser. Error 404 means usually your computer is not connected with internet.

    Log in with Adobe id(email id registered with Adobe) and password and try again.
