Issues w/ Send & Track
Hello Adobe Community!
I'm currently having some issues with the Send & Track plugin for Outlook, it broke after our last subscription renewal. This is currently impacting our end user's workflow. We currently have have an All Apps subscription and this functionality should be included according to the Adobe FAQ:

Upon first opening Outlook and attempting to use Send & Track the first error will always report the file type is incompatible despite the file used:

Upon the next attempt the error changes to:

This persists until Outlook is restarted and the cycle repeats.
I've checked our admin portal through Adobe and have no Sharing Restrictions in place:

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
