Issues with adding signature field in PDF

Hi

Hope someone here can please assist. I have a PDF document and I would like to add "Initial Here" and "Sign Here" stamps to it, showing where people need to sign or initial.  When I go to the screen to do this, I am getting a message saying There has been a system error. Please try again later.   How can I resolve the error please?  I have been trying for weeks and haven't managed to use the stamp function yet.

Would also like to be able to highlight and sticky notes, which I can't do at the moment.

Would like to inform you that Acrobat Reader is a free service.

You will not be able to add signature fields or send it for signature using that Adobe Reader application.

You will need Adobe sign subscription for that. Please refer the following link for more information:
