Hi tracye65697486,

Sorry for the delay in response. 

If you have already an Adobe Acrobat/Reader installed, you can go to control Panel > Program and Features, check the installed applications. If Acrobat/Reader is already installed it should be listed there.

If there is a file association issue, meaning operating system don't remember which application to use for .pdf files, you may visit: Associate PDF files to always open in Acrobat or Reader on Windows 10
