It keeps asking me to pay for add ons that I am supposed to have with my subscription... WTF?

I have paid for the ability to edit pdf's  - when I try it takes me to a link that shows me subscription prices for editing... I am signed in, not really understanding this process...

TOO MUCH FRICTION -

I pay for services... that are not supported... that do not work like they are advertised... This shouldn't be that hard to use... I am out -
