IT s BEEN 3 weeks that i've been waiting for my refund

According to SARAH FORSBERG, i was going to get my refund since november 6th !!! i didn't get anything yet :!! no phone number i can call to!!! i 'm not a happy client at all !!! not buying at adobe never in my life !!!!!

I've checked your account; there was a holdup on the refund in the order processing system. I've asked to have the refund pushed through.

Refunds can take up to 10 business days depending on your bank's policy.

hello it's been already two months that i'm waiting for my refund ! i haven't got any confirmation to my e-mail that i was going to be refunded !!! i have never seen in my whole life this poorest and miserable costumers services ! if this a joke, i'm going to contact my lawyer !!!!! this is just unacceptable !
